It's worth a try. Tell them you tried using leather care products already and it's still cracked. They may give you a new set of covers in good faith (meaning: last time).
Try using Lexol or Zaino's leather in a bottle next time. I use Lexol's pH cleaner and leather conditioner on my seats.

Wow it's so wierd you write about this!!! I was going to make a post about this but knew this has been talked about before. I noticed today that my driver seat, right by the seam, is starting to crack!!!!!!!!!! WTF?! I only have 20k miles and it's not even 2 years yet!!! My car is garaged and I always use Meguiar's on it too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's not too bad at all right now though, it's lil cracks. I can see it getting much worse though. Does anyone think PAA will help me out? I think someone posted they will warranty leather. Do I have to let them know in advance so they can order the seat cover? After it's fixed, how can I prevent it from happening again!?

It's funny, but no one seems to believe me when I say that leather conditioners can do more harm than good on cars with coated leather.
There is a post out there, I'm too lazy to find it, but it talks about the fact that the oils in leather conditioners and cleaners cause the coating on our leather to break down, causing cracking.
I have used 303 Protectant, available at most Marine products stores, Like West Marine.
Works great, not greasy, has a UV protectant, and can be used on vinyl leather, and plastic.
