i noticed today on drivers side back part of seat a crack in the vinyl part of the seat on the outer side, i have only 11k on my2000 tl .pissed me off, took car to dealer they said it was wear an tear, they said it will be warrented they will have to replace seat cover. has anyone had cover replaced? an will it look perfect when repaced?

 

On the Acura-CL.com board...someone was *****ing and complainging to the dealer about the same problem you had and they basically fixed it for him under warranty. I don't remember the sn...just do a search.

 

I had the top section of the rear seats replaced all because of one of those little plastic tabs got torn off and they couldn't order just that, they had to order the whole seat as a unit.

New seat matched perfectly, but during the install they put 2 large gashes in my paint which they later repainted the panel also.

 

yeah had the same problem...
