First thing I would do is if the car is still under warranty is take it back to the dealer. They may be able to help you out.
Not much you can do once it starts to crack.
Might try some leather conditioner, like Lexol, but since the leather is clearcoated, it probably won't do much.

I also have a small crack in my leather. '99 with 67k miles. I condition my leather every couple of months. I think that this type of thing is inevitable with leather seats. But if you discover something to fix or prevent it let me know.

Well the first thing is to stop using leather conditioner. Our seats have a clearcoat coating on them, as do most all car leather interiors and conditioning them only makes things worse.
The clearcoating will wear off with excessive conditioning.
I use 303 Protectant, available at most Marine stores. It has a UV protectant and helps to keep the clearcoating nice.
Also, window tint helps, keeping the car out of direct sunlight as much as possible helps a huge amount too.

I've spoken to Kristy(?) on the phone. Very helpful and supportive. This company is big into the classic car circuit. I have some of their cleaner and conditioner but haven't tried them out yet.
If attempt this, let us know your results.
