Court Date Tomorrow!
Well, I'm not sure if you all remember what happend to me in May...A dealer in Miami....Miami Acura
on US1 and 170ish Fvcked up my car and tomorrow is my court date....Wish me luck!!

Well, I went to court today and when I showed up the dealer didn't even send a lawyer...they sent the service advisor. We went in front of the Judge and the judge asked what the case was about and I told him short and to the point..Then the defendant told the judge their side and the judge was like....ok so you guys can't settle so we are going to set a court date, can't becuase a service advisor doesn't have the authority to..What a waste of time!!!Soooooo now I have to wait for my Trial date to arrive in the mail
