hey Sonny, no need to replace the whole foglight. go on ebay or in the black market section and get yourself some lexan lenses to replace your glass lenses with. they'll never break again. you can do it yourself in about a morning and you'll be ready to roll by dinnertime if you let the caulk on the lenses dry.
if you insist on glass lenses then i would just buy a replacement foglight assembly on ebay or something. the foglight housing can be removed in 5 minutes, literally, so don't bother paying the dealer to do it.
*EDIT*
i just noticed you've been a member since december 2003. i'm getting the impression you don't come on here much since you didn't know about this

Around $180 at dealer in CT and $90 for aftermarket on ebay. I have replaced mine twice already. I was going to replace just the lens with the Lexan lens, but water had gotten inside and destroyed the reflective coating.
Do a search for "Acura TL fog light" on ebay....then scroll to the bottom.

If you can , get some Lexan at the hardware store, and replace the lens yourself. Dont delay though, as someone said, if you wait too long, and the inside of your housing gets wet repeatedly, the reflective chrome coating will break down, and start looking horrible.
If you think you are going to go the Lexan route, take your housing off now, and keep it inside until you have time to work on it.

IMO, lens film is the best way to go.
I cracked two lenses and replaced them with brand new ones at about 135 per (Tim at Hondacuraworld FTMFW ). Then I contacted Rockblocker for their fog light lens films. I got the clear ones, because I was only getting them for protection.
It's been a long time since, and I haven't cracked another lens. That stuff works great, and is a lot cheaper and much easier to do than replacing the lens.
And as long as you don't mind the crack being there, you can just apply this directly over the damaged lens, because it will seal up the hole, preventing the water from seeping in.
