Unhappy Correct nokya bulb

Is the correct nokya hyper yellow bulb the H4 or the H8 wattage-wise for our cars? I put in the H4's a couple of weeks ago and they have "70W" written on the box cover but I don't know if that's the output or input. I don't really want to fry my electrical wiring since my headlight just went out the other day and I think that's going to be an expensive fix. Two nights ago, I was in the rain on the 210 freeway near Pasadena and hit a puddle, spun two and a half times across three lanes and hit a divider. So, yea, I'm pretty backed up with things to pay for on my car.

I'm running the same thing right now. Nokya has 2 version of that bulb, stage I (70w) and stage II (100w) and If ur running stage I you shouldn't have anything to worried about other than wanting to upgrade to hid.
