Correct Coolant for '03TL

What is the correct coolant to be using for my 03 TL? The "coolant" currently in use is a VERY dark blue. I just bought the car and am trying to go through it carefully and I actually have tried to search this forum for posts on coolant but haven't been able to find what I'm looking for. I would like to do a flush and fill but if what's in it now isn't regular coolant, then there may be other issues that I need to know about. I plan to add Prestone back to it, but if something different is called for then I want to use that instead. Thanks for any help and I'll continue to research as well.

OEM Honda A/F Type 2 is an awesome Cool Blue color... If yours is a Darkish Blue it might be time to replace it.
Stock A/F: "HONDA Anti-freeze Type 2" which is what you have on it already, just old.

Don't use anything else for Anti-freeze... The Honda A/F works amazingly well.

Unfortunately, we don't have Pep Boys here in Mississippi or at least none close to me. Just my luck. I'll have to go visit the local stealership to get some or see if I can order it online. Shipping may cost enough that it would be the same cost as the Honda folks will charge me.
