clear corners on the FRONT
and the best one over! going 24 in a 20..dayam school zone..i guess u have to go exactly 20.

Going 105 in 50 mile zone right before the delaware bridge in 1993. ($200 fine, the cop was nice enough to wite it as 95 in 55 zone).

58 in 55 on 495 beltway, following car too closely, flashing headlight (all tickets were dismissed). The cop was trying to fill up his quota. As I was no where close to the car in front of me, my hi-beam does not work, also my car can't get over 55. (it's a 1985 escort).

I got a stupid one last summer. It was going 51 in a 40mph zone. Cost like $75.00. Is was in some Rinky-Dink Town called Buffalo Grove, IL. (where I used to work) and to make things worse, I was going the speed of traffic. This idiot on a motorcycle was doing like 80mph and instead the cop got me cause I was in the right lane....isn't that some bull-ish

 

Too Fast for Conditions - $100 fine for driving the speed limit in a Toyota 4-runner in the rain. hmmmmmm

I remember my friend was driving his Vette, got pulled over for "screeching of tires"..As he accelerated, the car screeched for a half second on the launch...he wasn't even going fast..it's the power of the car!

i got pulled over just this past sunday on 95N, it was a state trooper in an explorer. my car sits low and i have a strip in the front, so i just the i was getting tailgaited. so i was speeding to try and get over. then the headlights came on. i pulled over. he gave me a warning! told me to slow down.i was going like 20 miles over the speed limit. he did not say anything about my illegal mirror tint either. but cops/ state troopers are mostly as@holes. i have gotten pulled over for some dumb sh&t also.

 

You have to watch that screeching tire bs because cops will hit you up for reckless operation aka big fine and lots of points.

 

I have had over ten tickets for various reasons. Like five for speeding, three for bass, four twelves in my old explorer, tints too dark, strobe lights, I was on south beach! And this one is the best, blackouts on my headlights, this was during the day.Also open container, got that while passing a cop on a double solid line
My bad Imagine what my insurance is. Like Whoa.. Nothing to brag about!!

 

JUST CURIOUS......WHO'S BEEN PULLED OVER FOR A STUPID OFFENSE AND HOW MUCH WAS THE TICKET?

 

I have have got pulled over for speeding once ! the was going on 60 and then all of a sudden while talking to my wife i don't know when i went over 75 on RT 80 in NJ and the cop was sitting right there looking for someone like me. Pulled me over and gave me a ticket like 3 months ago.

Case is still open and i have a lawyer for it. The case is on May 20 I belive. So, let see what happens. It has been rescheduled like 3 times so far.

Also, once my wife got pulled for having tints on the front glass. She got pulled at night around 12:02 pm in Bogota, NJ. The police told him that he is issuing a warning, just take the tints off. I did take the tints of since my wife takes the car every day in the evening to her work. before 2 weeks i got a notice from DMV stating my license is to be suspended at the end of March for no paying fines. I called my local Muncipal court and ask what this all was about and they told me we failed to appear in court and also failed to pay fines.

Thats all i have to say right now.

Ticketed for parking in front of a Fire hydrant in front of MY house (btw, i live on a cul-de-sac so not a lot of traffic...).
I threw it away right on the street i was so pissed. Haven't been called yet.

This isn't me but my dad apparently got cited for running the EZ tag lanes (toll way) on the way to the airport. He ran all three of them. We got a picture with the cars rear, and a 5 dollar per run fine plus tolls fees so 18 bucks.

I've been ticketed at my school (Univ. Houston) about 8 times, about 4 times since i purchased the TL. I never bought a ID tag. I have fake ones. So, they don't have my license plate number in the computer. I simply throw the tickets away. Parking is a ***** there.

Numerous speeding violations. Got thrown in jail last year for one outstanding ticket. The mother ****ing cop came to my house at 5:30 a.m. It was raining. He called my house, i sleepily answered, he said, "You're under arrest, I'm outside your gate (we have a gate in front of our house), so come out (till this day i dont know how he knew that was me, i could have been a brother, or anyone else.) Thank God my parents were out of town... My friends made 450 bond, so i got out after he put me in the f'n holding cell for 3 hours. But he said its not an arrest really because they never processed my papers and there is no record.

i got pulled over for no front license plate, red tape on back lights, and even once for my music being played too loud -- yeah it was a real system allright, it was my moms camry with premium audio.. what a joke.

right now, i'm just ticked off at cops in general.

Few weeks ago me and my friend were cruising along Crystal Beach in Galveston in my TL. I needed to pee real bad with no where to go...so I switched to the back seat and let him drive while I try to pee in a bottle. But hell...there's no way I can pee in a bottle, all of a sudden 2 dude in uniform were chasing us...on foot. I pulled up my pants and my friend rolled down the window, they got our IDs and it turned out that they were Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commision. They wrote us a ticket for drinking and driving.

Now before you guys say it's bad to drink and drive, this was on the beach where we were driving no more than 5mph and everyone else and their mother were drinking also.

Oh and I did find a bag to pee in and I was relieved heheheh

running red light...i was trying to cross a 6 lane intersection when the light switch to yellow...there was a cop sitting right in the front of line @ the intersection...
various parking tickets but my fav was: parking too close to fire hydrant it said on the ticket parked 12ft from hydrant min distance is 15ft...i had another one that said i was in a no parking zone...it was no parking 1200pm - 200pm i got issued the ticket at 157pm...i guess i just had some bad luck!!!

 

Why did you ever come out??? you could've just told the cop to F**K OFF and that's it... he couldn't come into your house anyway...

Yo pimpin_tl, you sound like me man hahaha. Anyway...for the toll tickets...put down a 10 dollar bill, a 5, and 3 dollar bills, take a picture and send it to texas DOT.

As for parking at UH, I think one of these days it will catch up to you. Parking at UH cost less than other schools such as cali and seattle. They make visitors pay 5 bucks to park. I had 17 parking violation before they impound my car at UH...they said I broke the record for most tickets without being towed. Anyway...it was my old car...not my TL and that was a long time ago. Even though they don't have ur plate...they will when they tow it...so be careful and just pay the 50 bucks for a semester dude.

You guys are so crazy!(LOL) The reason why I started this poll is because on Wednesday night I got this stupid parking violation because I had to bring my friend his food after he left the resturant to go to work. Well it turns out that the stupid parking enforcers happened to be staking out my ride cause soon as I went in they hit me with this stupid ticket that I'm about to go pay RIGHT now as I speak...........Damn PIGS UUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Grish: I didn't know what to do. I've never been in trouble with the cops. I was scared shitless. He had a warrant out for my arrest. I thought that means they can break in if i refuse to come out? Even with a gate i don't know what he was capable of doing. Also, I didn't want a charge of resisting arrest to be added.. isn't that possible?

Thatitea: I can't believe you tried pissing in your TL... remind me not to roll in your back seat 'eva! About the violations, I now try to park in the appropriate places, even if it means i have to drive 20 minutes looking for a spot, like i had to do yesterday.

i got tagged yesterday for 3 tickets, one for no seatbelt, and two more one for my front signal lights(b/c i got blue bulbs) and another for my rear bulbs, (b/c he claimed they were white and not amber). whatever i got it taken care of but the seatbelt i cant get taken care of.

I got pulled over on I-87 south coming from Rockland. The wife and I having a pretty good conversation when I see these flashing lights behind me I was doing 85 in a 55 zone. So when the cops get to the car to ask me where I was going in such a rush I pointed to the wife who was 7months at the time and said she needs to go. He looked over and said no problem just slow it down to 65-70 and wished me well Quick thinking

Sorry for the delay to the question asked about the pic. Yeah its cool! I'm surprised the cops didn't have you guys on America's Funniest Police chases after that one! Shoot, I would've just drove off!

 

Tickets.....I have been pull over more than 25 times(I have being driving for a little over 2 years) Most of them on my 98 eclipse. That car really attracted cops. My latest is this one. I was clock by the state tropers at 104 the other day on I-95 in west palm beach FL. My radar showed laser, but it was too late. My speedometer was showing 115, before I apply the breakes. With all my driving experinece I will assume I lower my speed to about 110, but not 104 before I was clock. If you are wondering. I was not taking to jail. The ticket was $269.00 dollars. It was two tropers in two cars. I had to wait about 2 minutes on the side of the road, before they came. Case close. Oh I plea not guilty.

I got pull over a week after that the ticket above, I new he didn't get me on radar, but he said I was going over 80 mph. I grab my wallet and pull out the other ticket...104 MPH. He look at me and I guess felt sorry and let me go.

PS: I pay $359.00 dollars a month on car insurance. F**k I hate the insurance company.

Yes it is....but depending on where you are and where you were when you got the ticket....the cop may or may not show up. Also depends on his personality or if he really cares! I know it sounds crazy but true.
