coolant question

My ride is approaching 23K on the clock and the 3 third year, I'm thinking of having the coolant changed. SHould I get a flush or just drain and refill? THX.

you should always get a flush and fill.

I second that.

Yup...I concur too.

Since you are already dumping the coolant, it only takes about 5 extra minutes to run water through your system.
It's just like changing out your water pump (even though there is nothing wrong with it) when you are doing the timing belt.

Unless you've added water, I wouldn't change it. Coolant's breakdown cycle is well beyond 100K.
