COmptech Springs??!?!?!?!

weren't the comptech springs like $169 before?

How come they're so much more expensive than H&R's?
Can anybody post a pic with H&R's Sport SPrings?

Thanks!

I put one on my rear windshield (so the brakelight would shine it up nicely), so I only have one left.
I'm sure Comptech could send us more, it's free advertising for them.
I'll mail you a black one if you want it.

Nope.......always been the same price. Comptech's are supposedly made for just Acura's.

Comptec is the Premier aftermarket company for Acura. They are kinda like Mugen is for Honda. A lot of us old school guys who are into SERIOUS track proven performance items will only put Comptec on their cars. It's more expensive but hey, the NSX guys rate Comptec #1 and the S2000 guys rate Comptec #1, then I as a new TL S owner rate em #1.

I'll get you a picture of my car with H&R Sports soon. I don't have the bodykit, and the drop is level. With Comptechs, it will be raked a little; the front will be lower than the rear, kinda like the Stratus?
The ride with the H&R Sports is great. Regular driving isn't compromised, going over speed bumps feels better (I haven't hit a bad pothole, yet, so I'm not sure about that). Yet, when you drive hard, it is much more responsive... cornering, and everything. Very recommended.

systek, check out the Gallery. There are tons of pics in there for your viewing pleasure. Also, in the Tire&Wheel forum, the sticky at the top has what springs, wheels, and tires people have on their rides.

Part of what your paying for is the name. Nothing wrong with H&R's.
