YES I FINALLY DONE IT

got my comptech headers installed today and it certainly feel great

took about 2 hrs to install it and paid 120 for the job, not too bad for a V6 car...it's certainly more work than a 4 banger

i could feel the difference right away, at cold start it has a little resonance at idle coz of the new gaskets and nuts, will retorque next week but it's gone after the car warmed up

my frd has a fully modded Golf GTi 1.8T with 200whp, he asked me to have a little run with him tonite

his car is pretty quick coz it has 200whp, but at straight my car was able to pull away at any speed with the headers, we did a couple runs from 60mph to 120mph on hwy and my car certainly has more power and able to pull away from him

now i am impressed with the new headers coz it's not only quick, but the sound is great too

i can really feel the 20 extra hp and it's pulling STRONG even at 4th gear!!!

guess i will have a lot of fun this summer~

now i will get some stopping power

i like my other stuff more, my CT exhaust, my wheels, my body kit and now i really like my Apexi coz it's so gd

i might like my headers in a while...just not yet
