comptech headers

for those with headers, is there a noticeable resonance or slight hum vibration noise at idle after installation? I hear that this is common but is annoying the hell out of me. What can i check, bolts or down pipe?

did you do the install yourself erik? i did mine about a month ago, how did the install go. wish i could help you with the sound you hear, not sure exactly what your talking about. only thing i can think to do is check all your bolts & nuts to make sure their tight. mabe you could get a friend to help you isolate the vibration noise.

mine were installed by Comptech last year along with the S/C and exhaust.
It did sound slightly "tin-like", but realize they are tuned and much thinner the the OEM manifolds.

I found that my o2 sensor was lose and was the cause of the vibration. Got it tightened and haven't heard the noise in 3 months.
