I was in the same situation. I decided on the H&R Sports, and love them. Cheaper than the Eibach, and a perfect drop. Ride quality actually seems better (I haven't hit any hard holes, yet), and performance is soooo much better. Do a search, you will see the pics I posted.

I was leaning towards H&R Sport as well, but I read a post where someone said that once the springs settle, the drop on the H&R can actually end up w/ the back being lower than the front (since the front and back have the same drop).
Is there any truth to this? I like the H&R because the drop is the same in the front and back.

I've only had mine for a few weeks, so I cannot answer the settling question. The Eibachs I had on my Accord settled, though.
I asked some shops about springs settling, and from what I gather it would be the rubber mount that would 'settle', not the springs. I asked about all the different spring manufacturers, too.
If you get a chance, go to a meet or find someone in your area that has springs, and go from there.
The dealership I got mine at has a CLS, TLS and RSX S in the show room with H&R's, 18" RHs... all SSM.... nice.
