The springs come with a pre-set drop. The coilovers can be adjustable.

With springs, you will eventually have to get shocks too. With the coilovers, it's a complete package.

Springs are cheaper than coilovers.

Thanks for the info. Most of the coilovers I've seen require shocks anyway.
