Coilovers = noise?

Quick questions:

Does anybody who has coilovers for their 3.2TL not make any squeeking or rattling noises? Would it be right to assume that since you're not using all of the factory rubber seats that you'll get some metal on metal noises?

I'm thinking about getting coilovers but I want it to make absolutely no noises after it's all put in.

I have the Apexi Coilovers on my TL and it is QUIET! I've had them since March of this year and so far no problems and absolutely no noise. And they're not as expensive as the Zeals. I believe the Apexi's run @ $850-$900. Either one you can get them from Tim at www.autocarparts.com
