It depends on how much i want to change it. about 15-60 min( the higher i go in the back the harder it is to turn the rear springs

I have the Apexi Coilovers and it comes with its own special wrench to adjust the height. I haven't adjusted it yet but heard it wasn't that hard. Just use their special wrench to turn the screw to adjust the height and tighten it with another screw on the bottom. I will let you know once I adjust my height. But if anybody else does it before, please post instructions. Thanks.

iit's not hard to adjust,(just hard for me becuz of the sub box), just set the wrench in the noches of the smaller ring and loosen it. Then you can screw that down with your fingers. After that do that same to the bigger ring, that holds the spring, and like any other screw clockwise to raise and counterclockwise to lower. If the rear of your car is heavy like mine then you'll have keep raising it even though it's already compress to get your car even height. If you have any questions just pm or email me and Ill help.

i found out that if you jack up both sides of the rear or front at the same time, it makes adjusting the coilovers MUCH easier...so try that
