Cluster and dash flickering
I don't know what's wrong it's not my alternator and it's not my battery because I can be driving over a hundred miles per hour and it would just start flickering by random it would do that every time I break every time I accelerate or every time I'm at a consistent speed it also my bottom display doesn't light up it works it just doesn't light up the bulbs are not burned anybody knows what the cause of it.

If you've had tests done to confirm that it's not the alternator or battery I would check the ground points of the system. page 22-108 shows the path for the gauge clusters power/grounding as well. There may be a relay feeding into that system (that's shared with all your dash component's lighting) which may be failing.
I'd work my way forward from the battery through fuseboxes, relays, switches until something is found to be faulty.
I noticed that your D5 light is flashing, is the transmission OK?

Do you know where I can get the wiring diagram of it? I just don't want this to be worse.
My transmission is done I am very aware of the AV6 swap I will be doing only next year at least not anybody can drive my TL you can't drive it normally you got to slowly accelerate or it cannot get into gear and also I get TCS constantly disabled. At least I did a transmission fluid flush at winter actually helps a lot and the fluid is still red doesn't smell burnt.
