Unhappy Clunking noise when starting/stopping?

Well, it looks like my body kit is going to have to be put on the back burner at least for now... I have recently been experiencing a clunking noise that sounds like its coming from the front end. I get one clunk when i begin to accelerate and the it happens again when i get into the brakes to decelerate.. Can anybody help me diagnose this problem please?

Engine mounts. Front is shot for sure. I'd replace front and side mounts. If problem persists, replace rear mount.

If you are able/willing, I'd do all three. If the rear is shot and you only replace front/side, then the new mounts won't last as long.

are the brake calipers installed with correct torque
I have seen a (dealer) shop blast the bolts on to 132 foot pounds!!!!!
tearing the threads right out of the bracket

and causing caliper to be barely held on by 1 bolt!!
every movement caused it to clunk clunk --and created some pretty exciting braking!

ck motor mounts as noted above,,front common failure ~60kmiles lifespan
