When clearing the headlights do I need to remove the bumper or can I just take off the headlight.

Read the FAQ on how to clear your lights. You will pretty much have to remove the bumper because of the few screws that are wayyyy down there. While you're at it, might as well get a new air filter. I took the liberty to take out that huge resonator box. And I agree with Diplo, don't scrap out all that adhesive stuff. I found it much better to use a heat gun and slow melting everything back together. I was lucky to have a table vice where I used it to hold my hotair gun. Best of luck.
