Clear Corners
I know that there aren't any actual clear corner sets for the TL, but I was wondering if I replaced the corner bulb w/another bulb...is there a way to take off that ugly orange reflector located on the side of the corner light. It seems like it's glued on just like emblems, and was wondering if the method of taking off emblems would work for taking off the reflector.

when you take the reflector out it looks very chromed out. Some people have actually put chrome sticker there and it looked really good. You should try that and see how you likem it. It also depends what year you have 99-01 looks good with the chrome sticker, but the 02-03 doesn't look good with the sticker because the reflector is so big. Check the gallery section and you will see some cleared corners there.

Sigh*~I must admit, it does look tight. Guess I'll be spending 4 hours sitting on my ass getting aggravated trying to clear out my headlights.
P.S. Do I have to take off my front bumber like it says in the tutorial for clearing out headlights?

If you look at it up close it looks like something is missing from the headlight. The plastic behind the yellow piece looks unfinished.
I dunno, maybe it's just me. I was trying to mold a piece of clear plastic the same shape as the yellow piece so it would look finished, but I haven't found a piece that matches well.

@cUr@-TL, the meaning of cleared corners also means to get rid of the UGGGGGLLLLLYYYYYY orange bulb as well. Change the bulb to your corner lights and then you can truly say you cleared your corners. It looks tight as hell at night, even though your h.i.d's make your corner lights look dull, but hey*~TL'S 0wn!

That's Ron's car (StreetEffectz) Obviously, we can even see his sign on the door.

Is that orange reflector part glued in or does it just sit tight with pressure. I was wondering how expensive it would be to get a company that makes reflectors to cut one with that shape and angle in clear like the ones BMX bicycles have in the front. You know the one's that we all took off as kids.

question
@cUr@-TL
question about having the sticker.....from the side can you see the corner light when it blinks? cuz if not that could be a safety hazard.
