Clear coat chipping!!!

A small portion of the clear coat is chipping off near my left headlight housing. Is this covered under warranty? Will Acura reapply the clear coat???

Hold on there TLover. Shimbo, is it a result of a rock chip? If so it is totally up to the dealer to repair it.
