From what I can tell those clear coverings are better then the regular bras. But I can't find a dealer in my area - does anyone know of one in the greater Nashville TN area. I don't really want to install it myself - besides the ones I was looking at on XPELs website looked like they are recommending professional installation.

If there isn't one locally. how bad is it to use one of the regular bras?

Try going to a tint or detail shop in your area. I'm sure they will be able to help you out.
