Cleaning and Oiling a Comptech air filter?

What's the best way to clean it?
And where can I get more foam filter oil?

you just put a bit of oil on the filter...rinse it out in warm water...let it dry...then re-oil it. (cleaining it out) now, for re-oiling, you can get it off www.autocarparts.com

I looked on ACP last week but didn't see any foam filter oil there, maybe I'm not looking in the right spot
