are the 1997-1999 CL tips the same as the second gen TL tips?

I actually screwed mine up and am lookin for a replacement one, so I found some CL ones on ebay and from the picture they look exactly the same

Slant cut part number is:62-2406
Round cut is:62-2407
Here's a pic of the round cut on my car if your unsure of how they look. Stock exhaust is too small IMO.
