u will need a bypass thats xtra and maybe they will need a key for the bypass

No, im pretty sure you wont need a bypass. But i know someone who has one of those, and the range is really bad. I'd recommend you spend the extra money to get a 2-way alarm and starter

Not sure about 99-01 but 02-03 has to be bypassed. The reason for that is the chip in the key. Any key that has a chip in it has to be bypassed for a remote start.

if you bypass the key wouldnt it be easyer to steal the car? since the immobilizer is bypass

That is why you get a alarm with engine immobilizer. The only way they will still the car is if they get in with out setting the alarm off. If they can do that wouldnt really matter if you have an alarm or not. Theyll get it if they want it that bad. They dont go for cars like this that much over here. Dont know where you are but mostly go for cars that are easier to steal.
