Cigartette Lighter Question

I have a speakerphone kit that plugs into my cigarette lighter. The problem is the inner metal (silver) piece is loose, so what happens is the kit has no support and twists all over. How do I get to behind the lighter and tighten it or something??

thanks
(sorry if the question makes no sense, maybe someone will undestand what im asking and write it better

Well, if you want to use the outside cigarette lighter or even the inside, use a drop or two of super clue on the plug. (do not use too much). I do not know if that's help. I did it before with my car.

Same thing happened to my '03 TL-S. Recently had it fixed under warranty.

Thanks for the answers so far.

1) the car isnt under warranty anymore, and I dont feel like paying Acura $500 to fix the problem

2) I cant use the one in the center console. While I would love the neater look this speakerphone kit is the type with a holster. It needs to be in the one by the coin holder.

Any other advice besides the crazy glue? Is there a DIY on the forum to take apart the dash, maybe if I can get behind there i can figure out the problem
