The white TL looks pretty good, even though it's not dropped. I think the factory body kit gives it the lowered appearance. If it was a darker TL such as a black or my laguna green it might even look lower, cause the wheel gaps are blended in a bit.
But for performance wise, i think it's better to drop it a bit.

i don't really like the CL-S rims. Upgrade to the Konig Tantrums!! i know they're probablee bad quality, but they look TitE. =). Otherwise, pretee nice car. U should drop it too.
