How the hell did you take that picture? I'm sure a friend took it but I didn't think police let people out of their cars when issuing tickets because of safety concerns.

That was taken back in the summer of 96" on 87 North (Town of North Hudson)on my way up to my girl's house in Hogansburg, NY...
Actually my friend and I both got tickets that day for doing 77mph in a 55. The NY State Trooper was actually pretty cool. Except that he wouldn't give us a warning..But hey at least I got a souviner.
