I came back from school, in the middle of highway. my CHeck engine turned on. As soon as i went back home...i open the lid, and the engine seems like overheated, is like microwave or someshit..... then i check the Plastic bottle which i assumed to be Engine COollant, it is empty. Do i just go to Carshop and buy some engine coolant and fill the bottle, or wut should i do. I m a complete newbies plz help me

 

It look like you have a overheating problem .Don't panic
1. Check under the car if it has any trace of green collant or leak.
2. If not then all collant in plastic bottle under the hood did go to the
radiator ... just go get a premix ( 50-50) and fill the bottle to the Max.
3. If you have a leak then bring your car to have it check .
Wonder what year is your TL and when is the last time you did change
the collant .good luck

 

Wait for the engine and radiator to cool and remove the radiator cap and check to see if its low in there too. If it is fill it, and the plastic container. also look for leaks while filling. After its full run the engine for awhile to check for leaks and to check to see if you are using up more coolant.
