Cheap ebay catback

Hey guys i have a 03 TL s, so i'm looking to get a Cat back and came across this on ebay

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HONDA...RCHQ3aUSQ3a101,

So i have two questions;

1) Will this fit my car?
2) is it even worth it?

Thanks in advance for the help

I saw these and several other similar exhaust system today while browsing Ebay too. Magnaflow had some nice looking systems on there for the V6 Accord that you could look into. I have Magnaflow mufflers on my CL-S and love them.

I have two generic MagnaFlow mufflers #11214 with stock piping. Soon I'll be adding headers and a test pipe so the sound is probably going to change, for the better I hope. I really like the tone of my exhaust. It's nice and deep on acceleration, not terrible inside of the cabin when cruising. I can post up some vids soon if you guys would like.
