Changing Front Motor Mount on 2002 TL

I have a broken front motor mount on a 2002 TL Type-S, and have purchased replacement part 50800-S0K-A82. My question is how to support the engine while making the actual swap? Is there a good place on the underside of the engine that is safe to jack it up? Any insight on what is the right process for making this repair would be much appreciated
Nathan

Block of wood on a jack and support at the oil pan.

Jack up the car and put on jack stands
Put the jack under the oil pan and jack it just enough to take pressure off of the front mount.

I'm lowered so I had to do this.

You might be able to get a low profile jack under the oil pan without putting it on jack stands.
