TL2000

I guess I need a little clarification about this. Axxis and Green Stuff rotors are organic correct? I just spoke with an auto parts store and they were trying to convince me that using ceramic brake pads would be the same as the organic. Does anyone have time for a little brake pad primer for me? I want to make sure I get the right thing so maybe my rotors won't warp immediately.
