The only time I can see how many seconds/minutes I'm into a song when listening to the CD player is when I fast forward or reverse. Is there anyway to set it where it continually shows this info and not just the track number?

 

We have these brand new cars with a CD player that doesn't display how long the song has been going. Has no one else wondered about this????

 

Correct. The only way to display elapsed time is during fast forward/rewind when holding down the buttons. There is no way to toggle the display to constantly display elapsed time.

 

ROFL - I didnt even know we could fast foward and rewind songs!!!

 

It's a known bug.

I agree that it sucks... More proof that we have been hosed by Bose. I don't see how Bose can begin to have any elite status or any claim to fame. I totally expected more out of the sound system. Especially in a $33K luxury car. It sounds like a rental car stereo:yack:

 

You can't blame this display problem on Bose though. Pioneer makes the head unit. So any gripes with the features of the system--direct them towards Pioneer. Any gripes with the sound--direct them towards Bose.
