cd changer broke - which CA dealer is best to fix?

cd changer is busted. however, discs in slots 1-4 work ok, but when i try to play in 5 or 6, i get error msg: "Ere-01".

usually, it'll work after getting stuck, but not this time. guess i have to take to dealer, unless any of y'all have any suggestions.

i live in LA, and don't have much time to go to my usual dealer (Covina).

I haven't read many positive experiences with Santa Monica nor Alhambra service. How about Pasadena? Or just stick w/ Covina?

should i call in advance, so they have the part in stock? how long does it usually take to replace the head unit? by the way, i 've got an '02 tl-s, and the 3 yr is up in may. i shouldn't have to pay for anything right, since i'm still under warranty?

thx.

Go to Thomas. They'll continue to do a good job for you. They've done well by my 2003 TLS.
