Case Manager?

Case Manager?

ACS assigned me a Case Manager for my 2002 TL-P issues. They are:

1. Bose system distortion (5x to Nalley Acura, no resolution)
2. Shaking dash (since being replaced for warpage)

What exactly does a Case Manager do?

Uh, they handle your case. Means you don't get someone new every time you call and have to explain what your problems are over and over again. They deal with the dealer who is going to fix your car. Odds are they argue with the dealer over how much they (the dealer) is going to kick in to fix your problems. They are the single source at ACS you can call to get status, etc.
