carbon fiber hood anyone?
idk if this is normal price for them..

but i thought i heard a few people looking/wanting one.

Doesn't even look like a TL hood to me if anything maybe a 1st gen

its the 99-01 tl hood. their have been a couple thread about cf hoods. search. and the sellers feedback isnt great so that brings up another ? about that hood or that seller

^^^ that hood looks nothing like mine... i have a C/F one it fits great but i am thinking about selling it and going back to the stock look.

you mean the CF or the shape?

i like the Stock hood myself.. carbon fiber is good for weight reduction though. but then again.. few of us are going to that extreme

i got my off ebay same one its ok i had to mess with it to fit properly im happy i had a tree limb fall on my car thats the only reason i got the insurence company payed out more then i payed for the the cf hood the only thing is not all cf the frame work is fiber glass dont pay more the 400 bucks thats what i got mine for

Im pretty sure thats the same one i bought. The quality is good but it takes a bit of work to get it just right. i still have a bit of a gap on my driver side on mine that'll get fixed when my car gets painted. other than that it is great. and i paid the same price. although my shipping price to canada was ridiculous, dont ask.

I decided on this one when i could find any others anywhere.

yup its the same one, and the same seller.
