car doesn't want to start when warm

If I drive 10 miles or more, stop somewhere for 10 minutes and then attempt to start my car, it become very difficult. It cranks but the engine moves side to side aggressively and become hard to start (yesterday the door was open and was shaking heavily).

it's 1999 with 203k miles

Search here for hot start issues. I had this problem with my '00 with winter blend fuel. Never got it resolved before trading it in.

I believe the resolutions were, plugs/coils or fuel pressure regulator.

If I recall the fix is the fuel pressure regulator route. The problem is that the winter blend fuel boils off in the fuel rails or something like that.
