OK i got a hell of a deal from a friend to repaint my car the original paint is still pretty good but not great should i or shouldnt i repaint and if so what color opnions please

 

Depend's on how bad your paint look's.

 

it doesnt look bad it has some chips in the front from alot of highway driving i did a couple months ago and some scratches here and there its laguna green by the way

 

Depends on the cost. Repainting the whole car to fix a few chips and scratches seems to be a bit much.

 

Personally if I repainted my car, I'd want to paint it a color that isn't available for the TL. Like I'd do maybe Milano Red (available on the 2004 RSX) or whatever Red was available on the 2003 CL-S's.

But its hard to repaint a car completely. For example there are parts of the car inside the engine bay that are painted your car's color. (Not the actual engine itself, but panels inside the engine bay) If your friend isn't meticulous about doing that then it will look weird when you open the door and your red car has black on the inside somewhere ...

So if you're not 100% sure he's doing to be that anal about painting everything then I'd say go for the same color.

 

just repaint it LAGUNA GREEN! that color rocks!
