Canadian transmission warranty extension
I was just told by Honda Canada that our transmission will have warranty extended to 6 years or 160,000km. Extension will only apply to certain model years. They told me that letters will be sent to owners next week.

Thanks for finding out. I hope my 2000 will be included. I noticed you said "selected".
Let's hope none of us will have to us it.
Was it hard to get a hold of someone to talk to? I am having some other issues that I may want to take up with Acura Canada.

Why is it we always get gyped with the warranty...I mean normal warranty in US is 50,000 MILES or FOUR years... while in Canada it is 60,000 KILOMETERS or 3 Years...
And now if what Eskimo says is true again they scam us of 1 YEAR !!!!
Its the same car DAMN IT!!! What do they think we Canadians do not drive as much as you Americans....
