Yes you can. I can watch DVDs and TV on my nav screen. Other people can play Playstation on it too. You will need a decoder to watch stuff on your nav screen. I got mine from Steve but right now there is a backorder of a few months. It cost about $200. But ArN2000TL from the TL board came up with a shortcut.
