Can You Change The Turn Signal
Bulb w/o taking off the bumper. I need to change mine and the only way I see that I can do it is to take off the bumper.

Shouldn't the manual say? For the 03 at least, you can also open a gap in the wheel well and then reach all the way in to get it. Should be a little easier than taking off the bumper.
but besides opening it I cant fit my hands in there to take out the bulb

i had to jack my car up and take of the inner fender in order to get to the turnsignal bulb...its a fcuking reach and you get dirty....very poor design just to chang e a bulb

turn your wheels other way (i.e., for left side bulb turn them right), and take out screws that hold black plastic wheel well cover. Then you will be able to stick you hand in there and get to the bulb socket.
