Can someone tell me exactly what this is called, or give me a part #, or link me to a site were I can buy it... preferably to the exact page. Mine came broken with my car, it wont stay closed when I try to close it. Thanks

you should change it out for the CL-S 6 speed cup holder, modify the center console and stick the parking brake there too. The CL-6 cupholder BLOWS away the TL cup holder. It holds cans and drinks much better.

Yes it will fit with out the parking brake, But you will have the opening for it there.
You will also have to modify part of the inner part of the console. (you can see it in the 6 speed conversion pics of mine)
