With a Sawz-All and some duct tape, *anything* can be folded down....

This is one thing I love about my Accord, and think is sorely missing from the TL. However, with that said, their is no chance I will behauling anything that will damage the interior, including drywall, wood etc.

Yeah, I kinda miss this feature. However the TL's trunk is so huge that I can haul much larger stuff in there. Anyway, I agree with BLEXV6 that if the item is that big, I run the risk of ripping the leather from the interior anyway. I'd rent a U-Haul for $20 a day.

All you have is the pass thru in the center arm rest on the back seat for ski's or other longer objects...
