Angry Camber kit??? Help

I know this has nothing to do with a TL (Accord) but maybe someone can help me

I was putting on my winter wheels and I noticed that my Kumho's were improperly worn. I am lowered about 2 inch on ground control coil overs.. my front driver side inside is worn bad the rest not so bad but still not in good condition. I guess its the inside of the tire that is worn. what I mean the part of the tire that you can't see unless you look under the car the whole part right next to the side wall is worn. I need someone to tell which camber kit to get (I was thinking Ingalls)

Do I need a camber kit for front and rear?

How hard is it to install?

The camber kit will make your steering feel right again as looking at your car from the front your front tires are "in" at the top and "out" at the bottom. Like this: / \ . If I've got it right the camber kit lets the upper ball joint adjust outward to get what you want: l l . Now you'll have all your front tire on the ground. My alignment guy said the kit made it a snap to align. For me the rears are fine stock, just rotate your tires now and then. Afterwards you'll notice your handling is better than ever.
