Camber issues?

Considering lowering the Tl-S - Question

Has anyone had issues of their car needing camber adjustments after lowering?

If so, how much correction with which springs?

Thanx

Regardless of which spring type you chose the alignment must be done.If the camber specs are more than 1 degree beyond the factory tolerance you should consider using camber kits to correct for this.In my experience using H&R and Comptech springs no camber kits were necc.these springs lower the vehicle on average about 1 to 1.5 inches.Lowering it firther almost guarentees the need for costly camber adjusters and also make the car very susceptible to damage due to the very low riding nature of some springs out there. When you are ready to choose a set of springs keep in mind the sort of roads that are in your area.If they are in poor condition like many roads in the New York city area go with springs that are not as aggressive,if you are fortuanate to live in area with smooth roads the sky is the limit but remember the ride quality will suffer the lower you go.Jens
