3.2 TL

My bro has a highly modified v6 camaro and i was just wondering how my stock 3.2 TL would do against him 0-60. I my TL will lose because I have driven his car and it is pretty dang fast. He can keep up with stock Mustang GTs 99 and higher and beat mustang GTs 98 and lower. He talks a lot of smack about the asian imports and i was just wondering how well i would do against him?

I suggest if he asks you to race, you put your sneakers on. You do not own a pony car. Don't think you can beat a V8.

OK, a stock V6 at the track kept on trying to race me....this was like last year. I had headers, exhaust and suspension. That's it I think, no AEM. I beat him by a second and a 1/2 each time. they're slow as hell. It will be a good race, You migth even win if you powerbrake.

my bro is coming home this weekend so i'll see what the TL can do. I KNOW that I will LOSE, but hey it will be fun. My bro's car is madly modded and his next modification is headers then nitrous. He'll be able to take z28s. It's cool though because i know my ride is more luxurious than his Oh yea if anyone of you guys live in Naperville and want to race him he'll be glad too. He loves to eat rice burners for breakfast Oh well I will be sure to tell you guys later how everything goes!

Wow.. you guys really think that if i modded up my TL then i can take him. Well, in reality i know that isn't true because i know the speed of his car, but oh well i can always dream. Maybe when i get an AEM short ram and headers then I'll be more of a close match but just stock i will get rapped.

With a heavily moded V6 camero, you'll probably lose the SHORT race. But, I'm sure you'll win the duration when his car breaks down on the side of the road!

Nitrous is a good idea and my last resort. Right now on the mod list is AEM short ram, headers, springs, and then nitrous. But that is only if i think i need it. My bro is getting nitrous in his camaro too, and I will see how it works on his car. Knowing him he'll probably spray like crazy and warp his heads. Oh well thanx for advice.

V6 Mustangs are faster than V6 cameros because of the weight issue, and i eat V6 Mustangs for breakfast. Unless your bro has a supercharger or something, he's dead.
