Call up acura customer service

I'll call up acura customer servive earlier today and i'v ask why aren't my parts been recieved.They said they re going to call up my dealership and tell them what's the story of me waiting for my parts for about 3 months. I remember me placing the order towards the end of July and we are now getting close to the end of october..and the final point is that i'm sick and tire of waiting for these f***ing bullsh*t

part that includes armrest console,driver seat,etc...


since i have been patiently waited for these damn parts..do you think acura will give me something for in return

They Wont Do $H|T Unless you go to the General Managers Face and Show Him You mean Business.. Tell Him That You didnt pay 35k for Ford Service! Just go be mean and make him realise something.. or else they will just call you and say sorry the part was delayed and its in now so your car will be fixed up soon.. They only do things for you if they really no your mad and impatient!

Acura Service can kiss my a*#!!! Just went to the dealer today, to have the black trim around the windows repaired, the tape is bubbling. They said ok, we can do it, 275 + tax. Wow wow wow, isn't that covered under my warranty(non-powertrain). The Service Manager said, yeah it's covered, until 50k. My 99 tl has 50,283 on it, just put 300 on it this weekend when i went to visit family in upstate ny. asked if they could cut me a break, no way. i am pissed off, but whatever, this dealership isn't the one i bought it at, it's just closer. pissed off, no break.

call the regional manager. things should not fail right after warrenty - there needs to be a little leaway especially for non-powertrain items.

On my nissan, I had them replace the cd player after I fell out of warenty by 1K. It's not something that should die based on my driving pattern.

ok this fukin silly..my dealership today call me that they recieved the parts...what a concidient just the day after i call them...after the long time waiting and just call me up today that they have the parts..should i still argue with the sales manager???but i'm still ****in piss
