CAI vs ThermoBlock vs Exhaust

CAI vs ThermoBlock vs Exhaust
Hey, I was wondering what to do next for my 02 TL-P. I wanted to know which kind of mod gives the most bang for the buck.
CAI: I was looking at the AEM v2, as that seems to be the best CAI for the TL-P. It also seems that a K&N filter should replace the AEM stock down the line.
ThermoBlock: Found it interesting as I'm planning to clean out my EGR port soon.
Exhaust: I already put a 2.5" pipe from the cat to the Y pipe. I'm looking to replace the stock Y pipe with a 2.25" one. I would also replace the stock mufflers, as mine are damaged/pushed in.
Out of these three mods, which do you think would have the most efficient gain per dollar ratio? To define gain, I mean any notable effect, as they all have different functions. Thanks for any input.

i would also get the AEM V2 first. then work on exhaust later. but since ur cleaning the EGR, you could look into the MDX/Odyssey spacer if you dont mind cutting your hood and having it not aligned with the fenders.
