Question cabin vibrations? HELP!!!

I've had my '99 TL now for about a year and a half, and love it. But I'm noticing that the vibrations in the interior are getting worse and worse. My suspension feels OK, but there's a lot of vibrating and "knocking" in the dash and in the door panels. Anyone have any suggestions on how to improve this? All accessible screws have been tightened, any more that can be done?? Thanks!!

Check the balance of your wheels, maybe they are off?

i actually just had 4 new stock tires put on about 2 months ago, and they were balanced then.. i know i need a new tie rod on the front right side, but would that make that big a difference? it seems that the ride isn't all that bumpy, but that the dash is loose.. any way to tighten or get it tightened?
