Bye Bye TL
My wife recently totalled her TL (she is fine).
So i am now officially out of TL. I was kind of happy to get rid of the TL as it was getting up there in miles and new problems had appeared. The brake pads is warped again after just 14k miles from last replacement.
So totalling her car was a bless.

Carbon Black SMG. This thing really cooks. Ride is very very rough. However, the 19" are so good to look at.

wow dude... glad to hear she is ok. do you have any pics of the tl before and after the accident? congrats on the bmw... looks real nice. oh and get thos amber bulbs changed to chrome amber bulbs. the look chrome but they light up amber.

About the bimmer (ultra nice
)... I am considering it after the treatment I got at an ACURA dealer today. And the Issue with my paint, which acura said was because of environmental damage.... in over 150K miles my old faithful BMW never showed signs of "Environmental damage" the way my 3K TL does.

BMW DEF has a superior paint process (most of the time)
remember the Z3 paint incident?
they had some problems and recalled everyone affected and repainted all of their cars.
don't expect that from acura.

The carbon black on the M3 looks like it's better quality. but who knows.
BTW, I had more problem with the TL than BMW. So this was a blessing. I was really angry with Acura after another set of brake went bad in just under 17k miles.
